Michael at the court house

On May 15, 2008, the Supreme Court of California struck down the ban on same-sex marriages saying sexual orientation, like race or gender, "does not constitute a legitimate basis upon which to deny or withhold legal rights." As president of GALA, Michael had the honor of addressing the community and press in front of the San Luis Obispo court yard to respond. Alongside Channel 6, 11, and 12, I shot my footage. (hmmm...why isn't the video uploading?)

Michael is a leader and an advocate, he is already doing amazing things!
